I think the issue is that damus is opening it as a nostr: link instead of going directly to the profile. This causes ios to open it in another app that handles nostr: urls

Probably. We had the same problem with multiple builds of planetary.social. It’s annoying because it’s not clear how to choose which app responds to the app deep links.
