Use Getalby as a wallet to get a lighting address that looks like an email address.
Put it in your profile under the lighting address.
Then you can start zapping and get zapped back on your posts. It's just lighting tips.
I believe it is sending sats (smallest Bitcoin unit) from one lightning adress to another using nostr as the execution tool. So you send to my wallet of satoshi lightning adress from your nostre account to my nostr account linked receive address.
