maybe it's the prioritisation of things, that gives your head some hierarchy and clarity + maybe having it as a referrable list of things which you could do, not should do, is the healthier approach to this

Maybe, yes you could be right. I don't see such a list as dogma. It is not absolute. It helps me, as you say, to prioritize and get clarity. It is also subject to constant change. Things are added, others are deleted
Nothing wrong with lists to organise your life.. but to live a life, to ground your fulfillment and happiness on a list is not a great idea

I think happiness is what you make of it. It’s a choice. You have to know who you really are to be happy. You don’t base it on anything. It’s know love, gratitude, joy, content, security at its most basic of human needs. You also have to know how to recognise it.
