Playing with an idea for a new sculpture..

Carrara marble and orange calcite. A glowing column inspired by classical civilizations with Bitcoin accents. Definitely with a light source behind the orange calcite..

Bitcoin will form the basis of a brighter future and what better way to represent that than one of the most recognizable symbols of civilization: the column.

That sounds awesome! Does the calcite allow light through it? It would be sweet to core out a piece of the block and hide a light on top or bottom or both. But I have no clue if that is possible haha

Yes. You’re seeing it now with light shining from behind it. This is a partial core from another project so I would just install a light source on the rear.
