Can't outrun a bad diet. I have friends and family using sema and I always talk to them about CICO, lifting heavy shit, and walking daily.

That said, if you backdoor the system and order direct from a Chinese supplier, you can get 10 months (10x10MG vials) for $120-$150.

Sure, medication should be a complement if needed. But the least effort is to inject yourself before exercising and eating a healthy diet. Weird times.
