If you are in a season where you really want to receive more but don’t know how, try giving more.
Simply be of service to the people around you. Smile more. Attach to the outcome less. Do your best over and over again. Just be a genuine soul trying to make the world a better place.
The wrong people won’t care, but the right people will, and your life will change because of it.
And practice appreciation.
Be appreciative for that which you already have in your life rather than focusing on that which you don't have.
This important for shifting your frequency from lack to abundance.
When being of service to others, I think it's important to recognise that you are not seperate from them. You're not helping someone else, you're helping yourself & you get great value from this act alone. You do not need their reciprocity but will gratefully take their gifts when offered.
Being able to give unconditionally is closely linked to being able to receive unconditionally & vice versa. If you give your services to another, do it without any expectation of reciprocity, do it unconditionally.
Energy is supposed to flow, it's not supposed to be hoarded or it will stagnate. Recognise that abundance comes in many forms, don't limit your definition of abundance to money & material wealth.
