Funny thing about TV shows and movies:
People always seem to chamber a round at the last minute to prove they're serious or get somebody's attention.
Why are people always walking into dangerous situations without a round in the chamber?

What bugs me is that Hollywood guns make a noise when you point them. Sometimes it’s a slide being racked without anyone touching it, sometimes it’s just a click, but it’s rarely silent.
Yes! Hollywood guns are always noisy!
I also have a habit of counting shots in firefight scenes.
