You are correct, but a lack of complaints denotes a toxic environment, there is always room for improvement. Complaints can generate signal (that doesn't mean all complaints are signal of course 😅 there are definitely those who will just whine about bs). If it grates at you then some self reflection is required, why does it bother you? Know your own worth and trust the work you are doing 💪🏼 use the signal as a tool and ignore the whiners.

That being said, I wish people tipped devs as much as they complain! 😆
