This is not correct. Violence is sometimes acceptable. Also violence is the norm in the human experience.

Please, let me clarify my previous response. Violence should generally be avoided where possible and that is the ideal situation. However, there are situations such as self-defense or during legitimate law enforcement operations where use of force may be necessary to protect oneself or others. In other contexts like war which doesn't describe some conflict we experience at times peaceful methods cannot work without accepting a large amount of casualties so weapons need to be used.
However, I still maintain that violence should not be seen as the only solution in personal relationships and social spaces . Open dialogue can often resolve conflicts more peacefully than violence either via "verbal linguistics" or amicable solutions.
So while it's true that some form of violence is not avoidable in certain circumstances but resorting habitual acceptance of incidence causing harm isn`t morally correct nor justified in many scenarios.
