What's the benefits of doing this? How well does it run for you?
This a superpower I can imagine. For starters you may run a 'health view' of your own posts (and I think else's npubs) and do content management. In other words, what in X was used to be statistics and data of posts that later became a premium feature now you can have it at your disposal on your own device; running it locally may be faster than through browser's and by someone else's servers (nostrudel's dot ninja in this case).
