Yes, they should.
This is an interesting line of reasoning.
By all means people should do their best to be the best they can and as successful as they can be, but the key is if people are able to have kids(man and woman in relationship, without any medical issues) but CHOOSE not to, they are acting selfishly and are anti-human(actively choosing to limit human existence)
