So we just adjust the KPIs until they make us feel better?Or do we actually want to address the real issue declining retention?

From my pov, but im just a retarded user, we are already losing most new users before they even fully join.

That’s not a market problem. That’s a “we” problem.

If we care about longterm success we should focus less on reporting comfort and more on fixing the friction? 🤷‍♂️

Truth is uncomfortable but comfort never built anything meaningful…just my 21 sats i have no fu clue 🤷‍♂️💜🫂
