They wouldn't be poking the bear if nuke bombs were real. Seems obvious to me. But they can send very big firebomb firestorm inducing stuff with Sarmat and oreshki or whatever its called. Enough to flatten Manhattan or city of london, and the ridiculous thing is there is barely any countermeasures.
