I love Andalusia, particularly Ronda.
Up north, San Sebastián is pretty nice too.
I like the southern vibe better though.

My friend has a banana plantation on Tenerife.
We used to off-road up and down Tiede.
Snorkeling there was also amazing.
Spaniards are crazy in a fun way.
