It's addiction. I mostly stopped drinking coffee the last 6 weeks. First 4 weeks strictly none. Last two weeks I've had 3. First week was hard. By third I didn't think about it.
I sleep better now.
There are things you may not notice as well. Coffee is acidic and throwns off the bodies PH balance if consumed too much. Many diseases start from an acidic base in the body.
Yep & it’s a diuretic which can cause dehydration and all of the problems that come with that.
