He believes it would cause him "significant and irreparable damage, both financial and physical."

He is suing Bloomberg, as the company plans to "recklessly and improperly disclose his strictly confidential, sensitive, personal and commercially valuable financial information" obtained during the inspection of his assets for inclusion in this index.
