Definitely not the case. I really never did that much studying of it past the whitepaper, lightning, node running, and mining aspects. Tbh, I never really spoke about bitcoin that often until I started using nostr. Perhaps, it's nostr that's becoming a deep-seated obsession of mine🤔?
Nostr is a bitcoin echo chamber after all. But you do get to choose.
It is, for now. Looks to be changing quite a bit with new and growing communities that aren't bitcoin focused
