Here is a little paradox and I'm curious how it is perceived.

Nostr having nice ligntning Integration could alleviate spam, but it has never been so easy to create fake accounts

Nostr isn't controlled by a company viewing all our data, but it has never been so easy to scrape someone entire online activity.

Is that just because that's not the goal atm and some aspects would be addressed later?
