If I understand correctly, his gripe is with the ministry of defense. So is his plan to take that over and then go back to war with Ukraine as the head of the ministry so he can call the shots?

yeah, you’re right, that’s initial Prigozhin’s claims. he said they didn’t provide his people with resources and that pro-gov troops even open fire on his.

the interesting thing is before Prigozhin never criticised Putin («царь хороший, бояре плохие»), but now reveals his own political ambitions.
