Advice for people
Just do at least one thing every day. That way you can look back and say “hey, at least I did that.”
No matter how shitty you feel. Even If you wake up and just make your bed. Be like, “yeah, I did that!”
Something very innate in you will just feel good.

I do at least 10 important things to me by the time the sun comes up each and every day.
