I am currently reading this now. I saw Lynn and others released this a few days ago.

Lot of controversial things in the paper that are just opinions. This makes the soft fork politics uglier and delays next soft fork.

You should file an issue

yea, the attempt to paint media people and influencers as 'stakeholders' in bitcoin's consensus is the reddest of flags.
