These are zap-verizements.
They basically span your lightning wallet, send a note about whatever they want, but send you money in return.
You should be able to see the notes in wallet of Satoshi or other wallets. Using telegram may not show the corresponding note.
Ah I see. I got some of these with a note so I was under the impression that it works in principle with ln.tips, too. Looks like these ones are incompatible to display.
