How many women know that cellulite is just a result of plant oils (especially seed oils?)

The human gut cannot digest plants. At all. So it deposits these oils around your body and looks super ugly like this.

Go full carnivore (animal fats only) and the cellulite will massively improve or disappear in a matter of months.

Try it!

Do you distinguish between cellulite and lipedema? The photo looks like late stage 1 or early stage 2 lipedema. That might also be responsive to a carnivore diet, but I don’t know if it has been objectively assessed.

Thank you for this bery helpful reference list!!

Yet, not a single peer reviewed source is available on the website which relies heavily on anecdotal evidence, which sadly cannot establish causality especially when we are talking about human body.

And there might be a reason for them not to cite their sources: I haven't found a single no published, peer‑reviewed evidence showing the carnivore diet improves cellulite. Only very basic claim of random doctor unknown of the domain (plus, argument of authority doesn't work as a proof).

Meanwhile, this meta analysis exists regrouping 85 studies, vegetarian vs omnivore: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34611632/

But also this one for carnivores vs plant based diet:

These only two meta analysis break most of the statement from the website.

It's not dude! I am carnivore for 3 years+ and I have gotten more cellulite and it's the worse I've ever had on my body in the last couple years than my entire life. I haven't eaten seed oils for probably a decade or more. Only olive oil but not even that in the last 3 + years. Sorry but not true.
