How did it happen? Mechanism of injury?

Most TFCC lesions can be treated conservatively. Might want to consider saving those sats.

Overload while doing some construction work. Already happened 6Mo ago but I ignored the pain and hoped it would fix itself. It didn’t.

According to two specialists I spoke to conservative would only be an option if it had been caught fresh after it happened. Of course, love them to be wrong.
