Eventually there has to be because the only way the math works is if they go full Weimar Republic and print everything into oblivion.
Foreclosures always jump in January. Banks, rarely foreclose on people during December. Banks like to show people that they have a heart by not foreclosing on people during Christmas. I assume there’s a financial reason also.
