Maybe too big? 800x800 and 6 MB. Try nostr.build it has an uploader for PFP that will fix the dimensions automatically.
Tried the one you posted to me, on Nostr.build as well. No luck on my end, not showing.

If I click on your PFP I can see it, but not as an icon. I'm not sure why, may need some input from devs.
I tagged Vitor, he already pushed an update for me for the video playback on Amethyst lol I feel bad
