Here is an idea for open source projects. Many of them have Telegram groups with thousands of members. People who troubleshoot issues and respond to messages are doing so voluntarily. It would make sense to spin up a paid relay for each project on #nostr and create a split model for the developers and volunteers who are actively participating there. I would gladly pay for such a relay where I know I will get fast and clear answers, and where people will have an incentive to participate.
