Maple syrup update day 4 🍁
1.5 gal harvest today! My dad spotted another maple that I hadn’t seen this fall and I tapped it, so will have 3 trees worth of sap tomorrow.
Big enough batch to boil outdoors— got enough to finish to an 8 oz bottle so will try that in the next couple days.
Outdoors is the move.
It’s magic to tap a tree and end up with liquid gold. Mother Nature strikes again!
