Self-talk is a daily, ongoing dialogue.

Becoming mindful of how we speak to ourselves is crucial.

When we replace negative self-talk with constructive, compassionate language, we align ourselves with God’s vision for our souls, our lives, and the lives of others.

All I ever hear inside my head is my wife saying shit like, "wash it with soap" or "that's recyclable!"

Someone’s gotta watch our back

Is that what she's doing?

Tough love 😆

I like this, well said!

I've heard a lot of Christian's have negative self talk, and my mentor who did inner healing things would confront them by asking them to say those same things to him, and they'd be shocked and horrified at the thought because, of course they wouldn't say those things about him!! So, he'd ask why they they thought it was okay to talk to themselves like that.

Those Christians are not Christian’s then.

You become what you think about too
