i like that in W11 you can screen shot by drawing a rectangle whereas in W10 its either full screen or app window

but W11 feels less coherent overall as it adds another layer of "modernity" but still keeps all of the previous layers underneath and most of the functionality is in those deeper layers

like why add new layers if most functions aren't going to be in them

i wouldn't avoid upgrading i just think they should have done a better job

it feels like it was slapped together by a few guys in their spare time not made by a trillion dollar corporation
