Your relays may not be loading properly… check them at settings > network and I’d make sure you have at least 4-5 connected

Try adding wss://relay.damus.io and wss://relay.snort.social those are some basic relays from other social apps that should have more going on honestly the primal relay and lol are the only two on your list that I’ve ever used
