What I find most helpful is _recognising_ the impulse to "do all the things", the thought that I'm not going fast enough & the anxiety that comes with these thoughts. Once seen, following through with a solid ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ seems to do the trick. I'm going to do < 1% of all the things I want to do whether I stress about it or not.

That’s a really interesting way to approach it.
Acknowledge the anxiety, FOMO and stress.
Accept the lack of reality in it.
Move towards the aspired direction as much as you can, and not to pay attention to the “but I could more” part.
