Business idea: fund a new (1970 or 80’s style) serial killer. The world needs a new serial killer. We had so many back in the day. Now, nothing.

Step 2.

Figure out how to make money on this idea.

DNA testing and surveillance cameras killed the serial killer (pun intended) and they became spree killers (mass shooters) instead.
