I can't help but think the DC class will quickly begin using selective leaks of the FINCEN data on LLCs against their opposition. Seems congruent with a corrupt system and the sort of tool Marxists would wield more excitedly.

Purposes of scoring political hits, launching politically motivated investigations, doxxing resistance, confiscating wealth, etc. This information is currently governed by the patchwork of state laws and inaccessible to the feds. Some states allow anonymous LLCs, which is what the new measures will remove.
