Just trying them out today, and oh my it's a PITA.

The KYC process is intense.

I put money into the account.

Purchased BTC.

Tried to send it our to my Trezor...

They're currently holding my BTC hostage while I am forced to provide them evidence that the cold wallet address is mine and is linked to me via photos etc.

Ohhh yeah that….. see I’ve got my company account with them

Don’t have that problem, I add company funds through swift

I use Bitaroo and CoinSpot for personal Bitcoin

it's now been "escalated to management" by the clerk to release it to my wallet. I think this will be the last time I use these guys
