Why run a thriving small business out of town?

I guess I should have phrased it "Where are all the small town "men" running the petty thieves out of town"?
That's what always happens with meth heads. So, you can wait until they commit the crime, or do it preemptively. I'm fine with community decisions to do that. It's not the government we're talking about.
I don’t know anyone that does meth. Well. They might do it but I don’t know about it. I wouldn’t care anyway. Once they get to stealing run them out of town, hang them, whatever floats your boat. I’m good with either. With the proviso that anyone involved gets the same treatment if they got the wrong dude.
