How smart is it to connect your 'real face & name' to an nsec?
If you loose it, it would suck, but if it gets stolen someone can pose as you. One mistake/hack.
How to deal with if this happens?

I was just personally musing on this issue earlier; no cert/key revocation possible (?).
All I can think of as option it that you would need to make a video of yourself explaining what happend, post that on your new npub and send it to you followers. And hope AI hasn't gotten that good to fake you with video to make them doubt it.
