Hell no. It’s not practical. I run the dishwasher every night. What am I gonna do with a cast iron pan?
I do not wash cast iron unless I absolutely have to.
Heat kills the germs, washing it means it needs to be reseasoned.
That's too much work.
But I rarely use it so ends up needing to be washed and reseasoned anyway.
Never use? I use cast iron almost daily 😋
