Dates, time zones, and daylight savings have been the biggest pains in my ass over 30 years of computer programming.

MySQL won’t let you insert the time “2023-03-12 02:00:55” into a timestamp column. It knows enough to know that time doesn’t exist, but it doesn’t know enough to interpret it as “2023-03-12 03:00:55”. 🤦‍♂️
