Per fpc #gunstr

A Texas federal judge ruled today that the federal ban on gun+drug possession is unconstitutional as applied to a defendant who was not shown to be "intoxicated by marijuana at the time of [the] incident, or at the time he was arrested."

My favorite legal loophole is Missouri:

You can be intoxicated in hour domicile and still defend yourself.

Cars are domiciles.

You can be legally packing while drunk in a car.

Bigger cities like KC and STL will take the gun, but they cannot charge you with a firearms offense without triggering a state constitutional lawsuit, so they just give it back to you after they've made a lot of noise in the press about how policing is taking firearms off the streets.
