Sentinel, but it doesnt use electrum just Dojo.

I dont see any tor settings in nunchuck, bluewallet removed tor and green worked with one wallet but the other one doesnt load

Maybe Electrum (it is for android also), or SBW? No really "watch only" only, but they should have that feature.

You can set up a watch only on Green wallet and use electrum over Tor. I do t know about gap limit though.
