I think they're very under valued at the moment. They're cheaper because it's a promo card and it's not playable. It was the promo card for Pokemon the movie 2000. I was going to pull the trigger on a handful of them a month ago and wouldn't you know it... They're up %35 since last month... They were around $45. Now they go for around $95 on TCG player. I snagged this one on eBay for about $70.
Gem Mint 10 graded goes for around 1-1.2k on eBay. Doesn't really matter because it's for me and I'm not interested in reselling anyways. But they ain't making anymore and they will only become more rare over time.
Not a Pokémon guy at all, but can appreciate the collector aspect of it. Didn't realize it was non-playable. Looked like some sort of god tier card to me ha
