I do not understand why Moss sees this as a huge win. Literally, he said banks would hold custodial wallets. The original vision was to use bitcoin to not rely on centralized institutions. In fact, I see this as in El Salvador where BTC is legal, but all wallets are custodial. Also, he kinda skipped the fact that daddy Trump is implementing the biometric control grid, "oh you are criticizing Israel for bombing 2-year old Hamas operatives..."
