Not really. Unless you're in one of the few south american countries where you can purchase one for cash then you're still using a kyc bank to purchase it. Not really any different from a kyc exchange (and much higher markup).

Purchasing an Azteco gift card with cash is like buying an Amazon gift card at the convenient store.

Last time I checked the website it was like 3 south anerican countries. Can you list a first world country where you can buy them at convenience stores?
