Spent the last couple of weeks primarily disconnected and being out in nature getting more exercise than I have gotten in a long time just by walking, hiking and etc experiencing different adventures. It felt really great.
Now for the firs time in a while I went back to the usual routine of being "online" and honestly, it doesn't feel great. Clearly a sign of some permanent changes that need to be done in one's daily life.
Routine sucks, having an online routine sucks harder.
