I am really, really interested in photography and want to take photos like this. I feel I’m a natural, but am astounded by the cost of Leica cameras. Wondering if there is a cheaper substitute…

You def don’t “need” a Leica

I would highly look into the Fuji X100VI

It’s a great camera that has a fixed 35mm f2 lens, it will be a great camera to learn all your settings and also teach you to zoom with your feet
