I've setup every kind of relay on amethyst now and think the broadcasting/publishing logic is a bit weird

Example if I reply to someone, it broadcasts their note to my private relay, my dm/chat relay and my outbox. I feel like the note I replied to should broadcast only to general relays and my INBOX relay.

My reply should go to my outbox and general relays only I think.

My regular kind 1 notes also seem to try to broadcasting to every one of my relays, I think it should only go to outbox and general.

Private relay should probably only be drafts and maybe nutsacks?

Ps I have an extremely cool new relay about to launch that in theory is perfect for amethyst if we can sort out this logic
