Fun times. After I cleaned the utility basin while work was being done inside by the pros I managed to put a crack in the corner. Their quite to replace was pretty high ($800 lol), and was talking fibreglass, so I just went to Home Depot and picked up a new one for $100 (These things were $65 prepandemic, then $80.. go figure. What inflation!)

Thankfully could do 0 interest with Greensky or whatever for 12 months, but that's still close to $300/month (~$440 gross to cover the gov payoff). Good thing I cancelled health insurance a few months ago.
