While I agree to you that we should aim for p2p, a person to person, without intermediaries, not everyone is ready for that or wants it. For example, not everyone is ready to run their own bitcoin or lightning node and it is nothing wrong with that.
On a personal note, I would love to work with / for like-minded leader where we contribute to greater good 😉
Everyone is also not a KPI. We are not everyone.
