my wife and I were just going over what we pay with bitcoin here in Madeira
it's more than we realized:
* rent
* nanny
* cleaner
* most restaurants we go to
* daughter's daycare
* my office
* pharmacy
* dentists
* physical therapist
* my wife's nails and hair salon
* obviously tons of coffees
it's kinda wild, we've realized the only thing we don't pay with bitcoin that we use in a regular basis is the supermarket
to be clear, this is not "I pay with bitcoin and the person receives fiat, they don't even know they're using bitcoin!" -- nonono, this is straight up pay into someone's wallet
pretty damn fucking cool
